This shoe is designed for a great weight lifting workout and it can be extremely difficult to find a good shoe for this purpose. This shoe provides a low drop, a light weight and a firm heel. It has the stability and flexibility to make it the ideal shoe for lifting.

The base of this shoe is wide and the upper of it is a lot more cushioned. It does feel bulky but it provides some rock solid stability.
